1. Subscription charges
Subscription fees cover the service period and scope specified in the quotation, order form or subscription agreement. Applicable taxes and separately quoted implementation, device or professional-service charges may be additional.
2. Cancellation
A customer may request cancellation according to the notice period and process stated in its commercial agreement. Cancellation normally stops future renewal rather than reversing a service period that has already started.
3. Renewal
Renewal terms, billing cycle and any advance notice requirement are defined in the applicable order or subscription agreement. Customers should submit non-renewal requests before the applicable renewal date or notice deadline.
4. Refunds and billing corrections
Unless a written commercial agreement or applicable law provides otherwise, fees for a service period that has already begun are generally non-refundable. EkamQR will review duplicate charges, billing errors, payments made against a cancelled order, or other exceptional circumstances on their facts.
Do not rely on this page to override a quotation or signed agreement. Customer-specific written commercial terms control where they differ.
5. Hardware, deployment and professional services
Third-party hardware, installation, customization, migration, training and other professional services may have separate cancellation or refund conditions stated in the quotation or statement of work. Costs already incurred for completed or committed work may not be refundable.
6. Upgrade or downgrade
Plan changes are handled according to the current product offering and the customer's agreement. The effective date, prorating method and feature impact should be confirmed before a plan change is processed.
7. Billing contact
